1. Delivery Zone
We currently deliver to addresses with postcodes beginning with SG12, covering Ware and the immediately surrounding area in Hertfordshire.
Delivery is not available to postcodes outside of SG12. If you enter an ineligible postcode at checkout, you will be prompted to choose collection instead.
2. Delivery Fees
A flat delivery fee of £2.50 applies to all delivery orders.
A minimum order value of £10.00 (before the delivery fee, after any discounts) is required for delivery.
The delivery fee and minimum order value are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order. We reserve the right to change these at any time; the fee shown at the time of your order is the fee you will be charged.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Our typical delivery window is 30–45 minutes from order acceptance, depending on:
- Current order volume and kitchen capacity
- Your distance from our premises
- Traffic and road conditions
- Weather conditions
During peak hours (Friday and Saturday evenings), delivery times may be longer. We will always aim to get your food to you as quickly as possible while maintaining our quality standards.
4. The Delivery Process
- Place your order and pay securely online.
- Our team receives and reviews your order.
- We accept your order — you'll be notified and the estimated time displayed.
- Your food is freshly prepared.
- A driver is dispatched with your order.
- Your order status updates to “Out for Delivery” — track it on your order tracking page.
- Your food arrives at your door.
We will attempt to contact you on the phone number provided if we cannot reach your delivery address.
5. Failed Deliveries
If we cannot complete a delivery (e.g. no answer at the door, access issue, incorrect address), our driver will attempt to call you. If we cannot reach you, we cannot leave food unattended for food safety and security reasons.
In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address or no contact, we reserve the right to treat the order as fulfilled. A refund will not be issued in these circumstances. If the fault is ours, we will redeliver or issue a full refund.
6. Conditions
- Food is delivered hot and should be consumed promptly upon receipt.
- We are not liable for food quality if you are not present to receive the delivery in a timely manner.
- We reserve the right to cancel delivery during severe weather or other exceptional circumstances and will notify you immediately.
- We reserve the right to withdraw delivery service to specific addresses or postcodes at our discretion (e.g. due to access issues or prior incidents).
7. Collection Orders
Collection orders are available to all customers. There is no minimum order value and no collection fee. Collection is from our premises at:

You will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Please collect within 20 minutes of the ready notification to ensure the best food quality.
Estimated collection time is typically 15–20 minutes from order acceptance.
