Our Story
Stax's House is a highly-rated local favourite in Ware known for its fresh, handcrafted approach to fast-casual dining. We specialise in gourmet smash burgers and are proud to be cited by locals for having some of the best burgers and loaded fries in the area. The vibe is casual and welcoming — a popular choice for families, late-night snacks, or a quick, high-quality meal.
Our menu focuses on indulgent comfort food: the signature Stax triple beef burger, the Texas burger, and a popular chicken tower burger. We also serve wings, Korean-style chicken bites, and loaded fries like the Philly cheese steak fries — something for everyone.
Based at 30 Amwell End, Ware, we're conveniently located near the train station and town centre. We're proud to serve our community and stay open late on weekends so you're never without great food.

Every order is made fresh to order. No frozen patties, no shortcuts — just quality ingredients every time.
Late Night Hours
Open until 1:00 AM on Fridays and Saturdays — one of the only late-night quality spots in the area.

Food arrives fresh and well-packaged every time. Even milkshakes come cling-film sealed to prevent spills.
